In this episode, I spoke with Kelly Dowdy and Cameron Davies about Women in Tech.

Kelly Dowdy is the Chief Digital and Technology Officer at Regal Cineworld, the second largest theater chain in the world. In this role, Kelly leads the company’s digital and technology transformation. Prior to Regal Cineworld, Kelly was Senior Vice President at Yum! Brands where she led a technology start-up organization responsible for developing the next generation consumer technology platforms. She also co-founded a Women in Tech ERG, creating a community to unite tech women across the brands. Additionally, Kelly held technology executive roles at pharmacy benefit management firm Express Scripts/Cigna and aerospace giant The Boeing Company.

Cameron Davies is the Chief Data Officer for Yum! Brands, the world’s largest restaurant company, hosting such iconic brands as KFC, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, and The Habit Burger. At Yum! Cameron leads Corporate Data and Analytics Strategy and the development and adoption of advanced data capabilities. Prior to joining Yum! in 2020, Cameron spent 7+ years with NBCUniversal as the SVP, Corporate Decisions Sciences where he led NBCU Data Strategy, including Privacy and Compliance in conjunction with advanced Machine Learning and AI practices. Cameron also spent over 18 years at Disney developing and leading advanced analytical teams for a variety of business areas.
